Hello,
I will be posting today about acting resumes for starting your career. I, for one, have never filled out a resume in acting before. However, I don't exactly know what would be on an acting resume. You may click the link here to find out more about acting resumes, and other things about acting that you might want to know about. Until I post again. Bye!

Basics of film acting
Hello,
I am going to talk to you guys all about the basics of Film acting. There are several things you need to know about film acting that you should know. First, know that you're not performing in front of an audience that would give you feedback on your performance. Therefore, the director and the producer will correct you on how you're doing during rehearsal. You should also know that film acting is something that you need to think of more, and you need to have lots of skills at in order to be successful. Television runs the same way, only there isn't that many genres of television to choose from. My point is to make sure you know that you're in front of a camera, not an audience.
Here are also some tips that you need for film acting :
1. Know exactly where the camera(s) are at all times. You want the camera to see your face, not the other way around. You'll give a fabulous performance on the location of where the camera(s) are.
2. Know what the camera is capturing. For example, if you're off in the distance away from a person you're supposed to be talking to. Then, the performance would be completely absurd. My advice to you is not trying to be what the camera doesn't need to capture.
3. Know where the actors are and the props' location at all times. You don't want the camera to end up blocking the actor behind you by your use of a simple gesture like waving your hand to turn into a blocking of someone else.
You also need to focus very consistently, meaning that you need to show very strong hold on your acting. You will deliver the best performance if you use your consistency in acting, because of the fact that it's caught on film or videotapes nowadays, right? Wrong, when rehearsing your lines and actions are performed more than once in order to get the lines and actions right. Think of several television shows and films. I guarantee that if you ever saw the behind the scenes footage, you'll hear the same lines repeat over and over again.
There's also a lot of angles that cameras use to shoot the footage, not just one angle. The director's of the film or television show know exactly what they're doing, if you don't follow their advice. Then, tough luck cos you need to do what they suggest. Directors will want the scene done in different ways, if the director doesn't like what he or she saw.
That's about it for this blog post. See you later.

Why is it important to go through acting classes?
Hello,
I am here today to talk about why you, the actor needs to take acting classes. What I will explain first is that one of the most important things when wanting to be an actor is classes. There really is no limit on how long you should take acting classes. I think that if you take more acting classes such as two years or more, you'll be a better actor.
If you actually aren't in nursery school or primary school, you should be able to take classes through your school. The class is pretty much an acting class you can take throughout your secondary school years that they offer. I would totally recommend taking these acting classes, for they teach you just about everything that you need to know about acting. They really help you out if you want to do acting as a chosen career. You also can learn a few new things while taking these classes.
You probably don't hear that the people who are famous for their work have never taken acting classes in their lives. Therefore, you need to take classes if you feel like you don't have a natural talent for acting. It's also very rare that a celebrity would ever get big without taking any classes.
Anyways, it's very important to take classes, if you want to get really good at acting. For someone who is actually taking acting classes right now, I love acting, and the classes. In England, we have a secondary school class called GCSE Drama, if you live in England, I would recommend taking those classes. That's pretty much it.

Improvisation
Hello,
I am going to talk about improvisation. In my opinion, improvisation is one of the best things in all of acting. The reason for that is cos you pretty much go along with what the scene is. However, there are rules that must be followed:
1. Just go with it.
2. Stay in the now.
3. No negating.
You must follow these rules in order to be successful with improvisation. Just remember not to make up your own rules for improvisation. What my acting teacher did was having people in that class go against the rules listed above. That will help you a lot with what you should do, and what you shouldn't do.
There are also certain kinds of games you can play to get better at improvisation, such as park bench. This game is supposed to be placed in Central Park in New York City. The object of the game is to be as weird and goofy as possible. What you're supposed to do is one person starts off by sitting on a " bench" and someone walks up to and sits by and they just make up the rest of what you have to do. Then, the person who has sat there the longest has to make up and excuse to leave the "bench".
